Engineers India Limited (EIL) is an Indian is a central public sector undertaking under the ownership of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India. It was set up in 1965 with the mandate of providing indigenous technology solutions across the hydrocarbon projects.   • Age limit: The company is looking for applicants who have a minimum age of 18 years and above.

  • Education qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th class (equivalent to Standard XII) from a recognized board or university in India. The educational institution must be from the state of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Karnataka.

  • Experience requirement: You should have worked as an executive level officer for at least 2 years on a full time basis with at least one year’s experience as CFO / CEO/COO etc., if you are applying for such posts at EIL Group companies like Energy Infra Limited, Engineers India Limited and Automotive Components Manufacturers Association (ACMA) etc..


Selection Procedure for Company Recruitment

The candidates are required to undergo a written test followed by an interview. The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in both these rounds.

  • Written Test

The written test will be an objective type. The question will have 4 choices, which you need to choose the best answer from given options or write your own answer in any language. You can also write a poem on the topic provided at the start of the test paper; this will be graded as well. The length of each section varies from 10–15 minutes and it is recommended that you should complete all sections before time expires for them so that you don't miss any questions or answers due to late submission of papers, etc..

1) What is the eligibility criteria for company recruitment?

Candidates should be between 18-30 years as on 1st January 2019. They must have passed their 10th standard or equivalent examination from any recognized board, university or institute. Candidates who are pursuing graduation and postgraduate courses in any stream of engineering/technology/medical/ Architecture are also eligible to apply for this job advertisement. However, if you have less than 3 years experience then it will not be considered as per requirement by us.

2) What is the selection process for company recruitment?

We conduct a written test followed by an interview consisting of technical questions based on HR practices and regulatory issues related to Human Resources Management (HRM). Thereafter we conduct a face-to-face interview where your skill set & knowledge will be assessed through various interactive activities such as case studies & discussion topics etc.,
