L&T Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Graduation Criteria:

  • B.E/B.Tech in any subject (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/M.E/EIE/IE/IS, etc.) is required.

  • Candidates with a master's degree in engineering or technology are eligible to apply.

  • Candidates who graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering in the years 2018 and 2017 are eligible to apply.

  • Graduation must be from an Indian Central/State Government-approved full-time course.

  • Academic requirements: In both the 10th and 12th grades, an applicant must have a grade - point average of at least 60%. (or diploma).

Written Test:

There are three components to the written test. The applicants will have 120 minutes to complete the task. Quantitative Ability (L&T Infotech Aptitude Questions), Verbal Ability, and Reasoning are the three components (L&T Infotech Reasoning Questions). This Written-test does not have any negative marks. Essay writing:

This round is designed to assess a candidate's ability to write appropriately. This is done as part of the written examination. Students are required to prepare a 250-word essay on a specific topic. The subject matter might range from current events to technological issues.


Group Discussion:

The following step is the Group Discussion round, in which the selected applicants are divided into groups and given a topic to discuss. Candidates are assessed based on their speaking and listening abilities. Many people are brilliant at speaking but not at listening to what others have to say. This is an area to be concerned about. Technical Interview:
