Selection Procedure for Cognizant Campus Recruitment
The written test will be conducted in online mode and is a multiple choice question (MCQ) based test. The questions are from the fields of Computer Science/ Information Technology and General Aptitude. The duration of this test is 2 hours and 30 minutes, with no negative marking for wrong answers.
This interview is to assess your technical knowledge and skill set in the IT domain. It will be conducted by an experienced Cognizant HR employee based on the skills mentioned on your resume/CV or a topic relevant to the company’s work profile as per their requirement. The duration for this interview is 20-25 minutes, with no negative marking for wrong answers but you would lose marks if you take more time than allowed in answering a question or asking more than one question at a time.
