Recruitment Process for GenC

If you sign up for GenC, your recruitment process will be split into two sections:

  • Aptitude Test

  • Interview+ HR Discussion

Recruitment Process for GenC Elevated:

If you sign up for GenC Elevate, your selection process will be split into two sections:

  • Skill Based Assessment

  • Technical Interview+ HR Discussion

  • Package- 4 LPA

Hereafter the Interview, depending upon your performance, you will get an offer letter either from GenC or GenC Elevate

Written Round:

The written round is divided into two parts: a general aptitude test and a verbal ability test. A portion on numerical methods, a section on logical reasoning, and a section on verbal talents make up the General Aptitude Test.

Technical Round and HR Round:

Passed students will be invited to the Technical Interview. There is no set list of subjects that will be covered in this round; depending on the panel, you can expect questions on any subject.You must have a good knowledge of the basics to pass this round. You should be familiar with the data structure. Must have a good knowledge of the fundamentals to pass this round.s and algorithms, database management systems, operating systems, and networking. OOPs concepts, and a programming language of your choice. Students in areas other than CS should focus on the other two topics that are relevant to their field.
